As previously announced, Constellation Energy Corporation (“Constellation”) will host a virtual investor and analyst event via webcast on January 11, 2022, to highlight Constellation’s business strategies following the separation of Exelon Generation Company, LLC (“Generation”) from Exelon Corporation (“Exelon”). A copy of the slide presentation for the event is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
